"How long does delivery take?"
Currently we are only delivering to Mainland UK and European addresses. If you would like an order shipping to any other International address please contact us first and will be able to advise you of cost on an individual basis. European orders over £100 in value are also shipped on an individual basis, (European orders over 2Kg in weight may also incur a surcharge to cover Postage).
We aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of your order (Weekends & Bank Holidays incur a slight increase in processing time).
Most UK deliveries should arrive within 1-3 days of posting, please allow 5 days before contacting us. All European orders are sent by Airmail with an aim to delivery in 4-5 working days.
Delivery varies for destinations outside of the UK depending on location and shipping method chosen.
"Are my credit card details safe?"
Yes. Our payment service providers, RBSWorldPay & Paypal provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. We never see any of your credit card details, PLEASE NOTE :- If using Paypal you are not required to have a PayPal account (it is entirely optional).
Alternatively you can use PayOffline (UK customers only).

"Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?"
Yes. Simply contact us before you place your order and ask us for our Special Delivery option. For a few pounds more we can send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery.
