Shopping on the internet can be as safe as paying for a meal at a restaurant or buying clothes from a reputable high street shop.
"Where do I start?"
Shopping on the internet is the same as shopping anywhere else, but without the walking! You look around our shop, put items you want into your shopping basket and then pay for them - we are committed to the safety of your personal information.

"How do I look around your shop?"
We have put our products into separate categories to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Simply click on any of these categories to view our products. Some categories have sub-categories, again to make finding what you want easier.
"Where is my shopping basket (or shopping cart)?"
Good question! Our shopping basket is not the same as a real one but it does the same job. When you add items to your shopping basket, we remember which items they are so that when you are ready to pay for your order, we then display all the items you have chosen.
Like a real shopping basket, you can take items back out again if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.
"How do I put an item in my shopping basket?"
Next to every product we have, you will see an 'Add to Basket' button. If you want a particular item, simply click the 'Add to Basket' button and the item will be automatically put into your shopping basket.
"I've chosen what I want, what next?"
On every page in our shop, you will see a 'Checkout' link at the top right. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the 'Checkout' link - this will take you into our Checkout page.
You will be able to see all of the items you have put into your shopping basket, and we will ask you where you want your order to be delivered to.
At any time you can come back out of our Checkout page and go back into our shopping pages, or save your shopping basket so that you can pay for it later.
You will be asked to type in your name and address, and contact details. We do not under any circumstances share your personal details with any 3rd party, under the Data Protection Act you are entitled to request a copy of any personal details we hold regarding yourself, and we are happy to provide any such details.
"How do I pay for my order?"
The final part of our Checkout page, after you have typed in your address, is to choose how you would like to pay for your order.
You can choose 'Pay by RBSWorldpay' to make a payment online using your credit or debit card. This choice offers you a safe and convenient means of paying for your order, Worldpay is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland, and as such offers state of art secure payment systems for both Consumers and Shopkeepers.
You can also choose 'Pay by PayOffline' (UK only). Supported by Alliance & Leicester, PayOffline provides an innovative and new way to pay for internet purchases allowing consumers to shop online and pay offline with cash or debit card at their local Payzone outlet or Post Office. It uses a barcode system that allows you to make over the counter payments at any of the 35,000+ participating payment outlets. PayOffline is an easy, convenient and safe method of paying for your online purchases. If you have any questions regarding PayOffline, please feel free to contact us.
We also accept payments through Paypal, 'please note - a Paypal account is not required if you choose this method of paying using your Credit or Debit card'.

"Are my credit card details safe?"
Yes they are. We do not share your personal information with anyone else, ever! Because we use RBSWorldPay & Paypal to process our customers' online payments, we never see your credit card details.
"When is my order going to be delivered?"
We will email you every time the status of your order changes. When you first place an order you will receive two emails, one from our Payment Service Provider confirming your payment and one from us thanking you for your order!
You will then receive further emails from us to tell you when we are processing your order, and finally to tell you that your order has been posted with an estimate for delivery.
At any stage you are welcome to contact us and ask for an update on your order. We also welcome your feedback and suggestions.
