Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment, including Switch, Visa and Mastercard. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 14 days of cancellation. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.
Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Alternative ways to Order (UK customers)
Supported by Alliance & Leicester, PayOffline provides an innovative and new way to pay for internet purchases allowing consumers to shop online and pay offline with cash or debit card at their local Payzone outlet or Post Office.
It uses a barcode system that allows you to make over the counter payments at any of the 35,000+ participating payment outlets. PayOffline is an easy, convenient and safe method of paying for your online purchases.

Shipping and Handling
Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class / 1st Class Recorderd & Royal Mail Standard parcel service in the UK, International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail & Airsure services (we currently only ship parcels upto 2kg in weight to European destinations, if an order is in excess of this limit a surcharge will have to be applied).
Delivery Schedule
Please allow 2 days for order processing and a further 5 days for delivery.
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.
Tax Charges
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Information collected; We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles, aid strategic development and audit usage of the site.
